About: A restaurant in search of a Sous Chef to join their team, located in an exciting culinary environment with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service are maintained in the Chef’s absence.

Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required; experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable; Thorough working knowledge of POS register systems and basic business math and accounting skills; Current ServSafe certification required
