Position: Sous Chef job
About: Four Seasons, a luxury hotel brand known for exceptional guest experiences and world-class employee culture, is currently seeking a Sous Chef for Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston. The hotel boasts modern amenities, including a Wellness Floor and the renowned Japanese restaurant, Zuma, in a cutting-edge 61-storey skyscraper in Back Bay.
Requirements: College degree preferably in culinary arts or equivalent experience required; ability to operate computer equipment and culinary production tools; proficiency in English language; three to five years’ culinary experience or one to two years in a supervisory position
