Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; ability to develop and lead teams effectively; knowledge of systems that enhance operational execution; consistent career growth in previous roles
