About: Daniel Island Club, a prestigious culinary destination, is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in ensuring high-quality food production and service in alignment with their cultural and core standards.
Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required; 3 years previous experience in culinary/food & beverage line, supervisory or assistant manager positions; working knowledge of division operations and Daniel Island Club standards; ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems; proficiency in the English language
