About: Honda Center, home to various events including concerts, Anaheim Ducks games, and more, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their team in providing exceptional culinary experiences to guests.
Requirements: Some College, No Degree; 3-5 Years of experience; Supervisory or lead experience; Able to demonstrate complete working knowledge of all culinary stations, cutlery commands, and cooking techniques; Organized and detail-oriented; Able to work independently with minimal supervision; Able to complete multiple tasks and work in an environment with time constraints
