Position: Sous Chef job

About: HMSHost, a leading provider of dining for travel venues, is seeking a Sous Chef for their location at Louisville Airport. The Sous Chef will participate in food preparation, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure operational efficiency as directed by the Restaurant Chef. This is an exempt position within the culinary team.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management course; strong team management, delegation, and coaching skills; excellent organizational and time management abilities; proficient in communication and comprehension of instructions
