Position: Sous Chef job
About: Envision Cinemas, a company of theaters, restaurants, and a coffee shop, is a multi-screen dine-in movie theater with mini bowling, a restaurant, and private event space. Requirements: Previous kitchen management and/or Sous Chef experience for a minimum of 1 year; Previous restaurant culinary experience; Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field; Available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 50-55 hours per week; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Must be at least 21 years of age; Serve Safe Manager Certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
