Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: 2+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience; current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by law; strong knowledge of food/restaurant service skills including food production, storage, preparation, and presentation; excellent verbal and written communication skills; high school diploma or GED; willingness to perform various duties as needed to support the business
