Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Sous Chef position at our upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant involves supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food with a strong emphasis on food safety, sanitation procedures, and profitability. The role contributes to enhancing top-line sales and guest count by providing a superior team member and guest experience while ensuring menu items are executed with excellence. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining quality across all aspects of the restaurant operations.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
