Requirements: College or Culinary School Degree, required; Combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from Culinary school or any other combination of education, training or experience; Three or more years in Food and Beverage, country club, fine dining, restaurant or senior living hospitality experience; Scratch cooking experience, required; Sauté and broiler experience, preferred; ServeSafe certification, preferred; Ability to read, write and understand the English language; Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms; Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, reach, grasp, push, pull without sitting for extended periods; Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; Ability to perform all essential functions within varying temperature ranges
