About: Tucson Marriott University Park is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at Atrium SPIRIT, where teamwork, passion, and appreciation drive service excellence. The Sous Chef will ensure high-quality meal preparation in terms of taste, presentation, and cost efficiency.
Requirements: 3 years of culinary experience; supervisory experience preferred; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, and cost controls; thorough knowledge of food products and standard recipes; Culinary Certification preferred; ServSafe Certification required
