About: STK Steakhouse, part of The ONE Group, is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our exceptional culinary team. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food preparation and service standards are met. This role requires a commitment to excellence, strong leadership, and a focus on maintaining a safe, compliant, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role; Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and quality control; Ability to lead and inspire a diverse kitchen team, fostering teamwork and respect; Familiarity with Arizona labor laws, including regulations regarding breaks, overtime, and wage compliance; Food Handler Certification is required; ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is a plus; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure; Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
