About: Mill Creek Country Club is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing daily culinary operations and maintaining food quality and safety standards in our establishment. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring efficient workflow and high culinary standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a culinary role; strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in various cooking techniques and menu planning; knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
