About: The Capital Grille, located at 2807 S Eagle Road, Newtown, PA, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality food, ensuring food safety, and driving profitability. This upscale restaurant aims to provide a superior dining experience for its guests by maintaining excellence in menu execution and overall quality management.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for great execution; stable job history showcasing career progression
