About: A luxury hotel is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join their Culinary team. Requirements: Graduate in the culinary arts; 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume professional kitchen; familiarity with basic and advanced cooking methods; ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays; knowledge of food allergens and health codes; strong organizational and leadership skills; food handler’s certification required; ability to work independently and handle physical demands effectively.
