Position: Sous Chef job
About: City Tap Logan, LLC located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a diligent and experienced Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of efficient and profitable food service. The Head Chef will be responsible for training kitchen staff, planning menus, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and providing exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: Two years minimum related experience in a full-service restaurant; ability to read and interpret documents; knowledge of safety rules and procedures; effective communication skills; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various kitchen tasks
