About: The company is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality food, ensuring food safety and profitability, and enhancing the overall guest experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; Proven ability to develop a team; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; Stable job history showing upward career progression
