About: Located on the Las Vegas Strip in the Paris Hotel & Casino, Mon Ami Gabi is a classic French bistro featuring classic French favorites, including Onion Soup Au Gratin, Steak Frites, and decadent Profiteroles.
Requirements: 2-3 years of sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant; Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff
