Position: SOUS CHEF job
About: The Sous Chef at our establishment holds a position of significant responsibility, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. They are expected to have a strong command of kitchen operations, ready to step in for the executive chef when necessary and assist in problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be adept at delegating tasks, drawing from extensive culinary experience to mentor junior chefs, and collaborating closely with the management team.
Requirements: Culinary training or cooking experience preferred; Minimum of 2 years working in a food preparation role; Culinary Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Mathematical Skills, Professional Communication Skills, Must maintain confidentiality, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Organization and Leadership Skills
