Position: Sous Chef job
About: Hurricanes Holding, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in running the kitchen operations smoothly. The role involves ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, and controlling kitchen activities. The Sous Chef will exhibit culinary skills, manage food-related functions, supervise kitchen areas for quality consistency, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Culinary diploma from a recognized institution or equivalent with fine dining experience preferred; experience in maintaining inventories and company recipes; strong administration, communication, and computer skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience in concessions and commissary operations; must pass a criminal background check
