About: The Capital Grille, located at 1 Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food, ensuring food safety and profitability, and enhancing the guest experience. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining top-line sales and managing quality in the restaurant.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for great execution; stable job history reflecting career progression
