Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Village at Summerville Presbyterian Community, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in designing and preparing meals. The Sous Chef provides culinary expertise and leadership, promotes quality food services, and ensures food safety and sanitation requirements are consistently followed. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-minded and have worked as a Sous Chef in a retirement community, hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
Requirements: Two years cooking experience in a fine dining/hotel environment; experience in a culinary leadership role; High School or GED; ServSafe Certified; Intermediate Computer Skills; Valid SC Driver’s License
