Position: Sous Chef job

About: Restaurant Associates is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The company is a leading provider of dining and event catering for prestigious museums, performing arts centers, and corporations. The Sous Chef will report to the Executive Sous Chef and will be responsible for daily production, event execution, and culinary operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in culinary operations and menu development preferred; ability to lead, train, and supervise kitchen employees; strong focus on excellence and efficiency in budgeted food and labor costs; knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen; excellent communication and leadership skills
