Position: Sous Chef job
About: Friendsview, a campus with recently expanded multi-level facilities, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their kitchen staff. The team is dedicated to preparing fresh and scratch-made meals using ingredients from the Willamette Valley, catering to the diverse palate of residents with a focus on excellent customer service and delicious food.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years as a production cook or 2 years of experience with a culinary education; experience using batch cooking method for preparing entrees, soups, and sauces; minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
