Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sodexo has an immediate opening for a Sous Chef to join the team at HCA Houston Southeast and HCA Houston Rehabilitation Hospital Southeast located in Pasadena, Texas, about 20 miles east of Houston. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory, menu planning, food preparation, and cooking meals, and assisting with a busy catering department.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; strong culinary background with a demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends; excellent leadership and communication skills with high culinary standards; strong coaching and employee development experience
