Requirements: College degree preferably in culinary arts, or equivalent experience required; Three to five years’ previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position; Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required; Supervisory experience of 25 employees; Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours over a five-day period with varied schedules; No travel required
