Position: Sous Chef job
About: Clarendale at Bellevue Place is a senior living community that values investing in the future through its dedicated staff. They are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Sous Chef to manage the dining room operations effectively and maintain high-quality service standards at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent education, training, and experience; minimum of 3 years restaurant or senior living experience, or equivalent serving and staff management experience; must hold current state-required sanitation (Safe Food Handling and/or Certified Food Manager) certification/licensure; willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community; doctor’s statement verifying free from communicable disease
