We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team and grow with us. You’ll earn $70,000-80,000 depending on experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen necessary; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays; Attention to detail and creativity in culinary presentations; Passion for learning and professional development
