Position: Sous Chef job
About: Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant located in Denver at 2715 17th Street, offering a purposeful experience through food, service, and spirit. The restaurant is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience leading a BOH team in a high volume and full-service kitchen; supervisor experience required; experience as a Sous Chef preferred; sushi experience preferred
