Position: Sous Chef job
About: Shula Burger, located at the Fort Lauderdale Airport, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in overseeing a kitchen with complex operations and managing food and production processes under assigned management direction. This role involves preparation, seasoning, cooking of food, supervision of kitchen staff, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 3 to 5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; Serve Safe Management certification required; team management, delegation, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others; organization and time management skills; ability to communicate effectively
