Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in food preparation and management; High school diploma or equivalent desired; Food Safety Awareness; Prior management experience in the Culinary field; Extensive prior prep cook experience; Excellent food prep skills and food product knowledge; Customer Service Experience; Serv-safe certification a plus; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Willingness to travel regionally daily (less than 10%); Must be at least 18 years of age
