About: Great Wolf Resorts is a vibrant hospitality company seeking a dedicated Resort Sous Chef to join our team at the lodge. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and employee training in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring top-notch culinary experiences for our guests in accordance with health and safety standards.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchen(s); flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
