Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a catering focused Sous Chef for a high profile client in Brentwood, TN. The Sous Chef will be responsible for all things related to catering production at the location. The ideal candidate will have fine dining and high volume catering experience. This Sous Chef will work primarily Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM schedule with evenings based on events. The Sous Chef will oversee the catering food production for corporate clients, with duties including menu planning, ordering, inventory management, food and labor cost control, hands-on involvement at all times, and handling heavy catering responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent; fine dining and high volume catering experience
