Position: Sous Chef job
About: We are seeking a Sous Chef to help guide our guests’ dining experience. The Sous Chef is the link between the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and all back-of-house employees. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Preferred candidates will have culinary training, but experience equivalency is considered; 2+ years in management; ability to be a hands-on leader; ability to prioritize time and strategy; effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
