Requirements: Three or more years of kitchen management experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Cook; college or culinary training with extensive cooking and production experience; demonstrated leadership, team development, and retention skills; extensive knowledge of fine-dining menus, food preparation, and presentation techniques; strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word, email, and restaurant software; basic math and business reporting skills; strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills; understanding of major kitchen equipment use and maintenance; ability to anticipate and solve problems effectively under pressure; experience in hiring, training, and developing BOH team members; ServSafe Certification or equivalent; fluency in English required, working knowledge of Spanish preferred.
