Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef in heavy volume; working knowledge of PC skills including MS Word and Excel; ability to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends; physical stamina and mental resilience to work under pressure and meet deadlines; effective communication in English, Spanish is a plus; obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License; capability to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted; positive attitude towards work and ability to interact with guests professionally; maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and disposal methods while handling supplies safely
