Requirements: College or Culinary School Degree required; three or more years in Food and Beverage, country club, fine dining, restaurant, or senior living hospitality experience; scratch cooking experience required; ServeSafe certification preferred; ability to read, write, and understand English; manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment; ability to perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment
