Requirements: High School diploma or GED accepted; Maintains a current ServSafe certificate or able to participate in the food services sanitation training; One year of job-related experience including food preparation; Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred; Ability to handle multiple priorities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Prior long term care and supervisory experience preferred
