Position: Sous Chef job
About: Oahu Country Club, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Nuuanu Valley in Honolulu, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. Free employee parking and lunch meals are provided. The club is looking for a Sous Chef available on Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays to contribute to their kitchen operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Sous Chef; availability to work on Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays; strong supervisory and menu planning skills; ability to maintain food and labor costs according to budget; knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices
