Position: Sous Chef job
About: Entourage Events Group, a company specializing in designing and managing various events from private business meetings to large-scale conferences, is seeking a full-time Banquet Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team. The sous chef will act as the second in command in the kitchen, following and enforcing the executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. This position offers a wide range of flexible menus and custom options for different audiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a sous chef in a banquet setting preferred; creative and motivated individual with the ability to follow and enforce guidelines; strong culinary skills and a passion for food preparation; effective communication and team management skills
