Position: Sous Chef job
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort, located in Olympic Valley, California, is seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join their team. The resort embodies the spirit of the legendary mountains and offers multiple venues across both sides for a unique work experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum two years of Sous Chef experience; must have or be able to obtain current CA Food Handler’s Manager Card; neat and clean appearance in compliance with grooming policies; able to communicate effectively with kitchen personnel; work well as part of a team; have safety awareness at all times; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; required to lift 50 lbs
