About: Sodexo, a leading provider of food services, is seeking a Sous Chef for HCA Conroe, a full-service 332-bed acute-care hospital in Conroe, TX. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with culinary standards and food safety practices.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong culinary background with knowledge of HACCP and kitchen operations; experience in menu planning, inventory management, and food production forecasting; ability to manage labor efficiently and drive patient satisfaction; familiarity with automated food inventory systems.
