About: Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Sous Chef to join our exciting culinary team at the only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort on Palm Beach Island. Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required; 3-5 years of previous culinary experience; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
