About: The Reserve Club at Woodside is currently seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and CDC in maintaining a high-quality dining program. This upscale dining establishment values excellence in food service and presentation for lunch, dinner, private events, and staff meals. The Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in kitchen management and staff training at The Reserve Club at Woodside.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in culinary management; strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; excellent teamwork and communication skills; attention to detail and a focus on quality; innovative mindset for continuous improvement; physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs; good vision and hearing for effective communication with members and staff
