Requirements: Two (2) years experience as a Sous Chef; Three (3) to four (4) years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant; Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards; Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills; Culinary education or on-the-job training; Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
