Position: Sous Chef job
About: Meadow Ridge, a premier life care retirement community in Fairfield County, located on 136 acres in Redding, Connecticut, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team. The community provides Independent and Assisted Living apartments as well as skilled nursing services at the on-site Health Center.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and kitchen operations; ability to work well in a team setting under the guidance of the Executive Chef
