Position: Sous Chef job
About: Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join their culinary team. Acts is one of the largest not-for-profit owners, operators, and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities, providing a range of lifestyle amenities for residents across 28 communities in 9 states.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of four years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment; ServeSafe Certification (preferred); experienced in all cooking stations and methods
