Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role; Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred; Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment; Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
