The company focuses on passion and profitability, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service for customers, and has received a Michelin star for its restaurants like Piora, Cote Korean Steakhouse, and COTE Miami.

Requirements: Must have the ability to read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English; reachable by email and phone; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; positive, team-player mentality; ability to perform well under pressure in a high-paced environment; familiarity with workplace safety procedures and food handling regulations; flexible schedule availability; familiarity with restaurant management software and human resource principles; degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques; experience with Korean cuisine preferred.
