About: This upscale fine dining establishment is seeking a motivated and experienced Culinary Manager to join their team. The Culinary Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing back-of-house staff, controlling costs, overseeing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.

Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls, food and labor costs, and product quality; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic; graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus
